Privacy Policy

The short version

LiftPad does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to us. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no servers operated by LiftPad that hold your data. Your workout notes live on your device and, if you choose, sync privately through your own iCloud account.

What data the app handles

LiftPad lets you write workout notes. The text you write, the exercises and sets parsed from it, and your app preferences are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData).

If iCloud is enabled on your device, this data automatically syncs across your other devices through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). This sync happens directly between your devices and your private iCloud account. We never see it. It is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not run servers that store your workout data.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not show advertising and do not share data with advertisers.
• We do not require you to create an account to use the app.

Subscriptions

LiftPad offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple shares only what is necessary for us to know that a subscription exists for your Apple ID — your name, email, and address are not shared with us.

Support email

If you email us at support@liftpadapp.com, we receive your email address and the message you send. We use it only to respond to you. We do not add you to any mailing list and do not share your email with anyone.

Children

LiftPad is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone — including children.

Your rights

Because your data lives on your own device and your own iCloud account, you can review, edit, export, or delete it at any time directly from the app or from your iCloud settings. There is no server-side data for us to delete on your behalf.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and adjust the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
